I have installed Plesk on my VPS days ago. I no longer need Plesk on the server at this time and need to switch to another hosting control panel to test. How can I uninstall Linux? Will it cause any other issues for my server? or do I need to reinstall my VPS to have a fresh VPS?

In order to install another panel , you will have to reinstall the VPS with fresh operating system to make sure you do not have any left overs , packages , RPMs of plesk.

Its actually a common practice , if you have any control panel installed on your machine and want to install new control panel always reinstall the Operating system , however make sure that you have backed up all your data from the server.

I agree, cPanel is more or less designed not to be removed and Plesk is similar.
Modern control panels integrate themselves almost completely into the base distribution and become a Plesk/cPanel distribution.

Wiping the server and re building is the best option.

The procedure to remove plesk panel is too complicated. You need to reinstall OS, with new package.

You could remove plesk using a script, but we wouldn't recommend that. As with cPanel, on Plesk, it's best just to reformat your server and start again... unless there is a reason you can't do that aside from time.
