Anyone knows where to modify Hostbill's email's header and footer

Hi,
I am new to Hostbill and still learning hence, excuse me if its something obvious but I just can't find it. I can't find way to modify Header and footer for mails sent by hostbill to users. I can modify templates from "Settings--> Email Templates" . There we can change what client see in mail body but can't find way to to change header and footer on those mails.

Please advice.

Here is I have another issue, hoping someone here can point to right direction:

I have hostbill where I want to offer annual and bi-annual discount and I have done that in product page. However, on main site (outside Hostbill) I want to add direct link to product so that when a person uses that link then in Hostbill annual billing is automatically selected. Currently if I use direct link like : myhostbillinstallation.com/?cmd=cart&action=add&id=1 , it asks me to select billing cycle after selecting domain, that could be deterrent to a new customer who came to order product after seeing lower price (which is discounted if annual plan selected) but he is currently seeing monthly which is ofcoruse higher.
