Fivrer is an online marketplace where you can buy
or sell services at $5.

To make money from Fiverr, simply create a gig which you are
willing to do for $5. It can be writing, graphic design, link building
selling Twitter followers, creating ebooks, videos, Facebook likes etc.

You can cut costs by hiring people from Fiverr to perform tasks
for you at $5

From what I've heard, the "easiest" way to earn money on Fiverr, is by making gigs of a certain skill, pay someone else on Fiverr or Upwork or any other freelance site, and then deliver what they made to the person who ordered your gig.

For example: You promise to make great HD wallpapers for $20 in 14 days. When someone makes an order, you immediatly copy that order and paste it as an offer from another freelancer, who offers to do it for $10 in 10 days. When he's done, you pay the $10 do him, and the wallpaper he made is what you give to your client, who will pay you $20, leaving you with a $10 profit for being an in between kind of guy, who just talks with 2 other guys and does absolutely nothing more than that.

I try not to do this, though. I just imagine if the person I'd hire would be able to deliver well, or if the other person declines for whatever reason. Just a fear of losing money, instead of making.

I bought 2 Fiverr gigs in the past and it worked as well. But now price of Fiverr gigs increase according to time, I could not find more quality gigs with $5 any more.

Makes sense right? When you start with a 5 dollar gig, and notice many people are ordering, it means the quality of your gig is really high, and you could charge more for it. Wouldn't you do the same? I know I would. If I think I can charge double, I will.
Although I'm quite happy with the 5 dollar gigs. But truth be told, the more you pay, the more you'll probably get.
