Why do people still using Xenforo 1.5.x or 2.0.x?

Hi everyone,

I have just browsed some forums using Xenforo platform. Just curious why do people still using Xenforo 1.5.x or 2.0.x while Xenforo 2.1.x is released with more good features.

Any reasons?
