With budget $15 / month, can I get a decent shared or VPS hosting that help to boost speed of my site? my WP site is running WooCommerce plugins and it is very heavy on a shared hosting, I am planning to move to a new and fast hosting.

Any recommended specifications for WooCommerce sites?

WooCommerce can be a resource hog. What steps have you taken to optimize your WP site?

Cloudflare CDN, Gzip enabled,...the loading problem is not on WP site but in wooecommerce plugins and WP pages running this feature.

Woocommerce is just a WP plugin. Your store is a WP site. Consider that a product is simply a WP post type. Anything that helps your core wordpress helps Woocommerce. So try some of the standard optimizations, for example: disabling unused plugins, changing bad plugins, create a local cache, etc

I'd suggest you to try with a good Shared Hosting account, which uses SSD storage and to make sure (as others said) that your installations are well optimized and don't use a lot of resources. $15 per month will be enough for a low end VPS only.

Go with a small VPS around $10 / month with 1GB or 2 GB of RAM and the rest $5 you can buy a Plesk license to run for your website. It will be better than a shared hosting if you can choose a reliable hosting provider.

When you site grows, you have higher budget then go with a better VPS, i.e 16 GB of RAM or even a dedicated server.
