Keyboard not working

Hi guys my laptop keyboard suddenly stopped working, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to fix it. I could take it to a shop but the reliable ones charge a lot for their services. My laptop is a Hp Pavilion, if anyone has a solution please feel free to share.

Hi @Cher432 did you update recently ? what have you tried so far?
please do the following exactly as shown in this video

not my video but has the steps needed
