There are a few websites running on Plesk Onyx control panel but they have not set HTTPS yet, can anyone guide me what is the best and easiest way to have HTTPS for my websites on Plesk?

It's okay. You also need to make sure you have click on the checkbox "Include a "www" subdomain for the domain and each selected alias" when you have generated the SSL certificate if your site address is www.yourdomain.tld. If not, enable this option and renew your SSL certificate (in letsencrypt section).

Then on your Cloudflare dashboard, you can set the SSL level to "Full" in the Crypto tab :

I used both methods and realized that using Lets encrypt is more easier because it is a build-in tool in Plesk. With Cloudflare you need to create Certs on Cloudlfare and add it on Plesk, that's it not easy for beginners.
