Hello, everyone!

I'm currently using Cloudflare right now on my sites. I also notice that almost all websites that I visit are using it. Can you recommend other CDN alternatives that could provide the same or better service than Cloudflare?

Thanks!

Hello!
You might want to check in here :
https://beebom.com/cloudflare-alternatives/

The one I would recommend would be is Incapsula.

Features that include in Incapsula that Cloudflare does not have would be:

-Real-time visibility and control
-Protection of origin IP addresses against DDoS attacks
-External DDoS attack monitoring for network infrastructure
-Mitigation of application-layer attacks with <0.01% false positives

Also, detection and mitigation of application layer attacks is always on on Incapsula and on Cloudflare it has to be done manually.

Hope it helped.

Thanks! I'll look into Incapsula and see if will suffice as an alternative to Cloudflare. :)

@EfficientNinja Incapsula is not free hence if you are finding a free option for your websites then it is not for you, you still have to stick with Cloudflare :)

It will be hard for you to find a decent alternative to something that is good as Cloudflare. You will have to pay here or there, so the you are limited on choosing.
Some paid ones can't beat the Cloudflare, I would not dare to search for free ones that can pull up a good ''fight''.
I haven't found any good ones that are free and doubt that I will, but if you do, please share it with us.

The issue with Incaspula offers is their price. The lowest price is $59/month and it doesn't include Real-time visibility and control, Mitigation of application-layer attacks with DDoS protection for DNS servers. So it's pretty expensive compared to Cloudflare free tier.

I believe it would be for the best if you stick with Cloudflare for now. I've been looking up for some alternatives myself for some time now and unfortunately, I never was able to find one. Most CDN alternatives I've found were not free although some of them offers the best services. To name some, they are StackPath, Reblaze, Akamai and Incapsula. Hope you find this comment useful. Have a good day!

You can have Akamai as alternative, it was known as one of the largest and best-known CDNs and cloud services provider in the world, and is believed to be responsible for serving between 15 to 30-percent of all web-traffic. If stopping DDoS attacks and optimizing content delivery speed are at the top of your list of priorities, thi is the service that you'll need to seriously look at.
