I received many spam emails to my email and I manually block them by using Apache SpamAssassin \ Configure Apache SpamAssassin on cPanel but it spends me more time because I had to block per email. Is there a way to block more emails at once time? Please advise me!

SpamAssassin works, but it's not as good as some other solutions.
One step to take is to enable RBL's:
  • Log into WHM for your server, and use the find field to search for ‘exim
  • One of the links that this will display is ‘Exim Configuration Manager
  • Go ahead and click on this link
  • Use the additional search field and type in "RBL"
  • Turn on both ‘RBL: bl.spamcop.net‘ and ‘RBL: zen.spamhaus.org’
  • Click save at the bottom of the page
Another step is to enable sender verification:

While still on the Exim Configuration Manager page
  • Click the Mail tab
  • Turn on Sender Verification Callouts and then click save at the bottom of the page
You could also turn on DKIM. This is under the ACL section in the 'Exim Configuration Manager". It's in "Authentication" of cPanel.

Unfortunately, the best way is SpamExperts.

I turned on these but how can I know it is effect stop receiving email spams before and after enabled?

Is this effective? If yes, I want to enable too.

Where to enable SpamExperts? as you said, it is the best way, I would give it a go.

Spam Experts is a paid solution. If your host doesn't offer it, you will need to buy it. They may offer it as a paid service. If not - you'll have to buy it from a 3rd party or from Spam Experts directly.

After turned on RBL: bl.spamcop.net‘ and ‘RBL: zen.spamhaus.org’, we still receive spam mails.

To protect cPanel server, it can be added as cPanel addon.
In reality, Spam Experts provide you a MX server. They get your emails, filter those which is considerable as spam, and send cleaned emails to your own email server.
Here is information about the cPanel addon: https://kb.spamexperts.com/29941-integration/227827-cpanel-addon

I want to buy this addon to install it on my WHM/cPanel. I don't see where to buy it on your site or spamexperts.com

If I change MX server then it looks like Google apps for email? will it change from local to remote mail exchanger? If that, it can affect to our receiving/receiving or configurations on our mail server.

The cPanel/WHM addon is free. Once you have Spam Experts, you can download and setup it.

Your cPanel configuration will stay as local mail exchanger, but your local mail exchanger will only receive email from Spam Experts servers, as the MX record is changed.
