When a website is attacked, it seems account data is the first to be stolen, and a lot of attacks are perpetrated through inputs due to the presence of accounts (e.g. login forms).
Can a website be foolproof if it doesn't hold any account data? Or, at the very least, would that greatly reduce the risk of attacks by limiting the number of possible breaches?
