Is any of the Adobe image editing software worthy?

My girlfriend has a licence of Adobe Lightroom and she uses it like once every two days to edit her photos and all, but I was wondering if it's really worthy to get any of the other Adobe software for her (for example Photoshop, and or Aftereffects). She currently only edits photos she takes for fun and publish most of the stuff she does on her instagram account and all. What do you think?

Adobe Lightroom is a photo editing software basically aimed at the photographers. There is a limitation on what you can do on Lightroom. Photoshop is the best photo editing software You can only only do image editing but also graphic designing on photoshop. I have not used aftereffects thus I cannot speak for after effects. You can also try Photoshop Elements if you don't eat to pay to much for photoshop.

Adobe Aftereffects is unnecessary if your girlfriend just requires software to edit photos. As a freelance photographer, I find Lightroom to be more than sufficient for my needs.
Photoshop operates by letting you create different layers on which your edits actually take place. In most cases, I find Lightroom more to my liking since I do not need extensive tweaks for photos taken with my DSLR.

i recommend to make her use the photoshop software because she always wanted to post in instagram.. you can also make your photo beautiful because of the effects that photoshop has and also if you learn the vectorize image and post it in instagram that's way more unique and i think more person will like it.

but lightroom is used by the photographer you can check it also if you wanted to but i prefer for her to use the photoshop and learn about it.

Of course, adobe software are worth it. They have lots of advantages specially to those who use it for a living such as professional graphic designer and professional photographers who use adobe for editing their photos in order to make it more appealing to the eye. On the other hand, it is also worth it for users who just use it for editing some photos that they just took for fun and enjoyment.
It is very worth it because as soon as non-professional users get the hang of it they might consider being a professional in that field in order to earn some extra cash.

For professional way adobe image editing software is really best till now because of its unique feature, Professionals basically use this software because of whatever the software have other softwares don't have these kind of feature. But your situation is another, if it is uses for normal way then i think you can use other free software like gimp, this will save some your cost. The main thing is for professional uses its worthy to buy other adobe services, but, for normal uses you can use other softwares which works like photoshop.

Adobe Collections are the best. But different program may require different skills. If you are for photography, then you can have the Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom. If you are into film-making, you can have the Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects. If you are into music editing, you can have the Adobe Audition. You can search over the net to fully understand the differences with each Adobe programs. But I assure you, Adobe collections are good both for newbies or even the professionals.

For me it's a yes. Other photo editing softwares from Adobe are worth it because they're very helpful. However, each of them has a different use and is aimed for specific users. For me, Adobe Photoshop is one of the best and most helpful among those software applications. It's because you can do a lot of things with it and you can also you use it to make money like creating templates and designs for a tarpaulin or a billboard. You can also use it to create graphics and art works that can give you profit if you decide to sell it. However, if it's just for Instagram purposes then I don't think it's that necessary to have these softwares because there are free photo editing softwares are there that are also useful. But, if what you mean with the word 'currently' is it's probable for her to venture in to professional photography and other stuff related then the previous could give justice to it.

Lightroom would be sufficient for what she does.

Having photoshop is good and a good piece of software but based on her requirements photoshop is probably not worth you investing in.

There is also the training. Need to know what you're doing if you want to use the good features of photoshop.

Since shelove editing her photos, it’s good to know that she is using adobe lightroom to edit her photos. But actually, photoshop has a wider capacity of editing such things like photos. I would hogly recommend to use photoshop since it has the great features of every tools in it to use in editing photos!
