Dedicated server offers from Soyoustar, Kimsufi and Hetzner are attracting me because of its pricing, I would to have a fast dedicated server from them but I don't know which features I should focus on to have a fast hosting? number of CPUs are important? more CPUs more faster?

Look for Intel Xeons E series with SSD drives, those will offer a good price to performance ratio.

It really depends on what you need the server for.

For example MySQL loves ram. The more ram you can give it the happier it is. The problem is when you do not give it enough ram, then it starts beating up the CPU, so you have to find the happy balance.

For general web hosting, normally no more then a quad core Xeon is needed. SSDs can greatly improve performance

Focus on Drive I/O (SSDs are best), amount of RAM, then speed of CPU in that order. However, don't choose a super-slow CPU such as an Atom/Pentium or any CPUs in the i3 class. Those are too slow and would become the bottleneck.

In most other scenarios (Xeon E3, E5, Core i7), the drive I/O and RAM would be your likely bottleneck.

But as madRoosterTony says, it depends on what you want to do with the server.

There are several factors, processor, type of memory

hard drives.

I will keep these points in mind when choosing a dedicated server.

I think i will not have problem with RAM because almost dedicated sever has offered more RAM usage, at least 32GB of RAM.

hard drives.
How can type of memory and hard drives affect to loading speed for a dedicated server?

When I talk about the type of disk, I speak of SSDs, which have proved to be much faster.

Memory is also important, we currently have DDR4 type memories that have better performance and help a lot in the choice of a server

Its depends upon CPU, RAM and Disk.

Check the number of cores and frequencies of CPU

Check the amount of RAM, RAM type(DDR4 << DDR4 ECC << DDR4 ECC Reg) and frequency of RAM

Check the disk I/O speed and type of disk (SSD or HDD),

many types of SSD are available in industry, so you should check the I/O speed of SSD they are providing.
