Did anyone use hosting services from namehero.com? I am seeing them advertising on this forum, some their plans can fit my requirements for new sites but I never heard about this provider before. Are they trusted and quality services?

Do you wat to resell domains? If yes, then go with NEO - they are the chepaest, reliable in long term perspective.

If by NEO you mean Net Earth One, I would also suggest them. With .coms only costing us $8.78/year, you can actually make a profit off them while still selling them decently cheap and not being killed by payment gateway fees.

They say: "Name Hero is a leader in high-speed cloud Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and VPS Hosting" - then there shouldn't be nothing wrong. Trial-error-experience.

I have heard the same thing that since LiquidWeb bought out WiredTree that their support has really gone down hill. My guess is that they are trying to cope with double the work load now. We have had a few WT customers come our way due to this saying that their tickets that used to be answered/resolved now takes much longer, usually hours after the initial response by them. But who knows, maybe they just need time to settle and get things organized?

They use Liquid Web Hardware so it's not really reselling. To my knowledge, a lot of companies use Liquid Web as their provider because they have super awesome hardware.

They use their hardware and network, so they are reselling their servers.

| Host - % | Sent | Recv | Best | Avrg | Wrst | Last |
|------------------------------------------------|------|------|------|------|------|------|
| 4-15-84-142.liquidweb.com - 0 | 331 | 331 | 194 | 205 | 354 | 197 |
| lw-dc3-core1.rtr.liquidweb.com - 0 | 331 | 331 | 196 | 201 | 229 | 197 |
| lw-dc3-dist15-po5.rtr.liquidweb.com - 0 | 331 | 331 | 209 | 212 | 234 | 217 |
| paul.uswebhost.com - 0 | 331 | 331 | 202 | 207 | 232 | 205 |

But as I mentionted in other post, there is nothing bad about it. Nowadays, if you would count all web hosting companies there are maybe 10% of providers who use their own harware and network.

I have to agree about the complaints on liquidwebs slow support after the wiredtree acquisition, my guess would be that their staff manages both companys now. Regarding NameHero they are a liquidweb reseller.

Never heard of them. I don't think there is anything wrong in reselling from the liquid web as long as they provide you quality service and customer feedback when needed and suits your purpose. The only way to find out is trying it out. :)

Some of my IT colleagues discussed Namehero and they said this site is one of the cheapest web hosts around and has excellent staff support service. They are a type of cloud hosting company that's why they are more reliable than those traditional old-fashioned web hosting companies like Bluehost and Arvixe which are using only shared hosting strategy. Namehero is an emerging company. Thus, it's not a bad idea to try hosting with them, they are trustworthy and reliable quality service.

Unless you own a data center we all resell in some way. In the end of the day what really matters is the support and how fast the team help you solving your problems. There's nothing wrong in reselling. I've seen many host companies reselling with lower prices then if you buy directly to the main company they are buying from. In many cases you pay budget, but you are really hosted in a prime hardware and network.

Hi there!

Regarding to this post I tried to reach out my friends regarding this web hosting service provider which is the namehero.com. I don't have personal experience with this one but it seems legit. However I also do some research for the top best web hosting services or service provider. As I can see the namehero.com is not listed as one of the top web hosting services.

For me, one of the factor the I'm considering is the people and the experts choice when picking or choosing services. After I got data with the choices that's the time I'm starting to compare.

For the web hosting services the details that I'm comparing our the Bandwidth, compatibility, reliability and the security. If you really want to try Namehero, you can check those criteria.

Hope this help.

I am using NAMEHERO. Very bad support. My sites are continuously messed up because their support staff (Indian call centre) do not know how to set up the litespeed cache for my wordpress websites. They fix 1 website and break 2. Migration is a pain when you have to do it yourself. U had to do it with 10 websites. I 100% regret joining NAMEHERO. These problems I specify are something that would effect everyone setting up existing websites from somewhere else on their servers. 24/7 support service that takes between 2-5 days to fix a problem. Can you call that 24/7? 99.99 Uptime when every other day your website is broken with a 503 error or trashed up display. Can you call that 99.99% uptime.

Hello,

My name is Mark and I am the Sales and Support Supervisor at NameHero.

While I'm not sure you're specific issue - We actually document the setup process for the LiteSpeed Cache plugin and QUIC.cloud in our help section; help.namehero.com/en/articles/4457756-how-to-increase-your-website-s-performance - my best guess would be that you may have had some sort of plugin conflict with a third party plugin and LiteSpeed's caching - Memberpress is one such plugin that requires hole punching to work properly with LiteSpeed cache.

As far as the comment regarding "Indian call centre" - We are a completely remote and distributed company thus we do have employees worldwide. We do not outsource, and the careers section of our site (namehero.com/hiring) does show that we hire remote.

It looks like this was posted a few weeks ago so hopefully it's been resolved. If not - feel free to drop me an email mark[at]namehero.com and I can look into it personally.
