Please share detailed pricing on per service.
Do your services include training as I have questions and you will answer them or guiding me?

We think that pre-defined pricing is unfair, as you may only need or use a part of our pre-defined plan. That's why all our pricing is custom. Tell us your requirements and needs and we'll give you a price custom to those requirements and needs based on the services we'll do.

It would be easy for us to predefine a lot of prices, but it would be totally unfair to our customers that would not use the full extent of the defined plan.

Case in point: a customer of ours wanted to outsource their support via tickets only, and if we had a pre-defined "Outsourced hosting" plan, it would be way more expensive as that plan would include support/sales via tickets and chat.


As for training, we do not offer that service, but we'll gladly help you out or explain some stuff we are doing. Still, not a professional training service.
