SolusVM PowerDNS Configuration

I have just started using SolusVM and trying to setup rdns. Solus guys have told me I have to setup the PowerDNS and gave me a link. With totally blank on it I just need to ask few things. First of all what does this means to say "PowerDNS Installation: To prepare a couple of small virtual servers with CentOS 5/6, 512MB Ram, 10GB HDD, you should have at least 2 DNS servers in your cluster."
