I'm using SSL certs on every site that I make or own. I probably don't need it really much, since I'm not selling anything at the moment, although it's great to already have it installed and working when I want to sell something later on. Also, it enhances Google rankings + won't display "Not secure" label when visiting non-SSL sites with Google Chrome.
