Have you looked at Themeforest?

They have a good selection on there, but the templates are one use only. One per website basically.

You might want to look at AIT themes or other Wordpress theme providers, they offer a fixed yearly fee for unlimited usage of their themes for that period.

There are so many sites out there offering Wordpress themes. My personal favorites are the following:

mojo-themes.com
templatemonster.com
themeforest.net

I hope this helps.

Theree are so many websites which sell themes, at times its better to look at different sites for different prices, might get the same product for cheaper elsewhere. Otheriwse look at templatemonster, themeforest, WordPress.com and Themefrost all offer good quality templates, but always look for fast and responsive ones.

You can buy themes from places like themeforest, some themes offer multiple layouts and demos for various business use cases. So buying 1-5 themes will be sufficient in most cases. There are some themes that can build 120 variations of demo sites, which you can use as base template of model and build your clients website on it.

If themes are not a concern, then you can try something like thrivethemes, it is like leadpages web builder, you can get the site developed exactly as you wanted in most cases, but if you deal with low paying clients, then probabily using demo themes and building on it is better and worth the time. Instead of building from scratch..

StudioPress themes built on the Genesis framework are highly customizable and easy to use. You can use any theme package you buy, as many times as you'd like, on as many websites as you want. You will need both the Genesis framework and a child theme to build your website. StudioPress themes are not among the cheapest on the market. You can save money when buying all their themes in a single package, but that would still require a sizable investment.

Have you used Genesis framework? I heard about it many times but didn't have a chance to use it because I used to use existed themes that selling on websites.

+1 for Themeforest
Yeh I bought pretty much from Themeforest to develop small niche sites.

Yes, I did. You will need at least some basic to intermediate HTML/CSS/PHP knowledge to get the most out of it, otherwise, you may find it difficult to customize the child theme.

You can use plugins to customize Genesis without a lot of coding. However, most of this plugins are premium, and their free version has limitations.

Every Genesis child theme comes with setup instructions and demo content and additional help is available on Studiopress forums.

It required to build a theme from scratch?

I check Genesis framework child themes but almost they are very simple and less modules.

You don't have to build anything from scratch. Genesis child themes are fully functional. You can customize them to get a unique design, and here you may encounter difficulties if you aren't familiar with HTML/CSS/PHP.

If you want your website to look the same way as an original child theme (the way it is displayed in the demo section on the StudioPress' website), you can achieve this straight from your WordPress Dashboard by adding widgets and menus. However, if you want a significant change, you will have to edit theme's files such as function.php or home.php.

Genesis theme framework may not be useful for you, if you are not comfortable with some coding and learning curve involved with Genesis themes.

Yes you will not see lots of modules, but these themes are most secure, seo friendly and properly coded. The themes over there at marketplaces like themeforest comes with bunch of features overloaded, but they does got some cons like bugs, security issues, no proper coding practices and limited updates.

If you are just starting out with wordpress, for business purpose use those premade themes from themeforest. And for long term, if you are interested learn to use genesis framework and build websites using it, once you learn it, you will never go back to themeforest themes. As the quality stuff obviously wins.

Hope this helps you decide, what to do now. Thanks.
