a vps priced on that scale will be too underpowered to be actually even called a vps. technically it will be a vps but it doesnt make any sense to have such an underpowered server with virtual specs
OpenVZ is a virtualization enviroment, it's not a web hosting control panel.I'm guessing you'd have to install some thing like OpenVZ or some other open source interface application. Anyway, I've never really tried these interfaces. Are they as good as cPanel?
The reason why such cheap VPS can't run cPanel would be the RAM. Can't imagine that a $ 1 VPS has more then 2 GB RAM.Oh, by the way, the reason cPanel cannot be on these applications is due to the cost of the interface.
I am wondering how web hosting companies will maintain their services or company if offering $1 VPS or low price hosting services?We cant go as low as 1 dollar
