Can you tell me which domain registrar is better? namecheap vs hover? and why?
I was recommended to these providers but they are making me confused because both seem good to me :)

I don't think it matters too much who registers your domain name as long as you are registered as the owner of it.
The variable is the cost and the simplicity of the user interface for when making changes to your domain.
Namecheap is one of the largest registrar's and their user interface is pretty simple to use
