As for me (just my opinion), despite GoDaddy being bigger I prefer Namecheap.
Better price and more positive feedback

I often use Namecheap because they don't have any upgrades, offer great domain security, and have a range of benefits.

Just one tip
Don't share your DNS details with these big giants, they won't let you move away when you are unsatisfied or need upgrade at better price. It is called lock-in effect in web hosting industry and big giants use it very frequently. I would recommend any small/medium web hosting company as a starter. When your business grows and need upgrade in your hosting plan you can easily move from one to another host.

Hey, you just need to compare them and check out the prices and services. You need to check what kind of services they are providing.

I would like to add that if you are looking for web hosting support provider then i will suggest you for the eTechSUpport. eTechSupport is one of the best hosting support providers in the current market. If you know they are working for 15 years, and they have customers all over the world. eTechSupport helps you to grow your business as they provide you the services like Outsourced Hosting Support, 24x7 Server Monitoring & Management, Database Administration, Server Security & Hardening, Server Migration, Dedicated Support Staff, Ticket, Live Chat & Telephone Support, Hourly Administration Jobs.

I wouldnt say they are the same. Godaddy blocked several web sites in AUstralia over the lockdown BS Several independant media sites. ive never heard of namecheap doing that.
Ive also heard of many other instances of godaddy blocking web sites for no reason.....
