I contacted Godaddy but they said that I should contact my internet provider. Did that error come from my internet provider? they blocked godaddy.com ?

Anyone knows the reason?

That is an error from GoDaddy's application/web server, not your ISP.

So GoDaddy would need to resolve the issue.

I think godaddy don't actually care too much about customers, more important question is: Who is using godaddy nowadays?! They're the most expensive domain registrar around.

This is GoDaddys "Akamai" security blocking your IP because they seem to think your IP is showing malicious activity. It's absolutely ridiculous that this is happening and that GoDaddy apparently does not care about their customers being able to reach their websites at all.
Here is more info on this issue from Akamai: https community.akamai.com/customers/s/article/Why-is-Akamai-blocking-me?language=en_US

I am dealing with the same issue except my "ISP" is Microsoft and they confirmed that GoDaddy is blocking multiple of their IP addresses. GoDaddy does not care one bit it seems... its very frustrating :(

Yipes, this is entirely on GoDaddy. Their support has gotten progressively worse year-after-year. Every design client that I've helped over the years that hosted with them has migrated elsewhere.

I am not sure! But I think that your IP access to the godaddy.com website is blocked for some reason.
