Can you recommend me some of known load balancers that is flexible in their services and have a fair pricing that depends on their service. I wish to know if OVH load balancing is dealing with my standards or OVH is not a good idea to pay for. I wish to find a high availability and a better security in against ddos attacks.

Hello,
excepted Cloudflare, the most part of load-balancers are available only with the same hosting provider than your servers. So if your servers are hosted by OVH, you will not be able to use load-balancing service from Linode or DigitalOcean. Your only alternative is Cloudflare, but it will require to add your domain(s) on Cloudflare.

All servers from OVH already come with a strong DDoS Protection, so it's the same for their load-balancer. For the high availability, it will most depend on your server configuration, and what solution you use to synchronize your files and databases.

So do you think I will stay to use servers from OVH in terms of load balancing? or I should try Cloudflare as an alternative to it? Where will I gonna be more protected and secured from DDoS attacks?

OVH Network is able to handle DDoS attack, so adding Cloudflare may not protect you more than using only OVH.
But you have to know, the most part of websites will never receive a single DDoS attack against them. So focusing on DDoS Protection is probably not the best way to find the best service for your needs.
And even with a strong DDoS Protection, your websites may be unavailable during a DDoS attack because filtering all traffic to keep only real visitors is a long process and your visitors may have some timeout.

So Ishould go with a combination of OVH and Cloudflare? You're saying that I shouldn't focus on DDoS Protections because web doesn't send just one DDoS attacks? What should I do more to protect my website from the attackers? Do I need to balance my protection and not focus in just one? Cheers!

I'm just saying, if you haven't receive any DDoS attack against your website by the past, you shouldn't have to worry about that.
But load-balancing isn't a protection against DDoS and it doesn't protect your website against common attack like XSS, SQL Injections or CSRF.
It only provide a dynamic routing of your visitors by checking your servers status and load.
