Unsupported TLD on Namecheap?

I tried to buy a new .hosting domain at Namecheap.com but its showing Unsupported TLD. As I saw they offered this tld last time but now it is not available any more. Why?

Why .hosting increased price too high like that? I remember it was under $30 / month when I checked this tld years ago.
