I want to try to use Plesk and I can buy a Plesk license for a month to check out things. How to install Plesk on my hosting and which is the Best OS for Plesk works?

Well .. your question is quite confusing.. generally people asks which control panel is best for linux or windows .. so your question is quite odd. Anyways , If you are going with Plesk then it works on both the OS platforms Linux as well as Windows. If you are looking to provide hosting services , you need to finalize if you are going to offer windows shared hosting or linux based hosting.

yes I chose linux hosting and going to install Plesk on it

the probleme is I am considering to choose best OS for Plesk to run smoothly and support software for Plesk.

I am asking for which OS I should choose between these

Debian 7.0 64-bit, Ubuntu 14.04 or Dedora 23 64-bit

Well for linux based hosting Cpanel is actually best suited control panel and easy to administrate. However if you are looking for Plesk based Hosting then CentOs 6 would be good as long as you are familiar with the OS level administration.

Why outdated CentOS6? CentOS7 is better choise for latest Plesk Onyx.

Centos 7 and Debian 8 are stable linux distribution. I prefer Debian because I have always used it, and also because dotdeb.org offer a great packages reporisitory.
But Plesk will run properly on both of them

Debian and Ubuntu are popular choices, but neither are nearly as popular as CentOS.

Which of the 3 to choose depends on personal preference and your exact requirements.
