I am searching for a good cloud package to sign up with but on this forum https://forumweb.hosting/77-cloud-hosting-offers it have not got any packages there.

Can you suggest me some cloud hosting providers that fit my requirements with good price and specs? can you help me out?

I tried to deploy a cloud hosting at DO but seem you only get fast speed and performance if you go with package more than $40.
