VPS 8 GB of RAM or Dedicated Server?

Which one is better, VPS 8 GB of RAM or Dedicated Server? with the budget $60+ to pay for a VPS GB of RAM, I could get a small dedicated server? what do you guys suggest me to choose a VPS or a dedicated server with this budget?

With that budget, you could do either. The difference is what your other requirements are.

If you are OK with a older model CPU and spinning HDD's then you can get a dedicated server with 8Gb RAM.

If you need to have newer model CPU, SSD's,etc, then you should stick with a VPS.

If you only want to host some websites, take a VPS, but if you need more space for backup or you want to run some VPS to have other apps like a RDP, dedicated will be better.
For 60$ you will find good dedicated servers, with at least 16GB RAM and SSD. But you will have to setup the server and if there is any crash all your websites will be down.
I prefer use a small VPS to host my websites because i know there is no downtime with them.

You are right, i mean less downtime. Because VPS are managed by your Web hosting ( OVH vps downtime in 3 years = 0). But when you work with a dedicated server managed by yourself, there are So many way to crash the server by making a mistake during an update or by installing something.
For 60$, You can buy 3 vps and setup a load balancer. But as i say before, it depends on your usage.
