You can choose provider according to your requirements but some points I want to suggest you before choosing a VPS provider that can help you

Ddos Protection
Uptime for server
Security optimization
Instant support
backup of server
On the other hand as per your query Digital ocean has facility of auto backup of instance , snapshots , cdn facility , instant deployment and account creation , ovh may take time to deliver server , auto backups , snapshot etc facility might you dont get.
on ovh you can have multiple ips upto 16 per server , digital ocean has restriction on 25 port as well for new signups accounts and additional ip restrictions are there.
