Google has recently announce that they will give priority sites with https but it is only for just 1% of search result. For long run it will take some time.
Whoa whoa whoa. Recently? That announcement was made Wednesday, August 06, 2014... Almost 2 years ago.
On the Official Google Webmaster Blog
here.
I wouldn't really call it "recent".
And where did you see they said it is only for just 1% of search result?
There is nowhere where they have said that it's any certain percentage of ranking factor.
Please don't give misinformation about SEO on the forum unless you can back it up with absolute fact otherwise it's just pure hearsay and almost heresy.
I know I have said something similar in the past that it's only like 1% of your SEO score but that was because people were putting too much emphasis and hopes on SSL helping them to rank high.
As I've said before, if your site isn't already ranking for anything, installing and using SSL on your site isn't really going to do much or have much effect on its own.
I personally never see any drop in ranking of my site which is not with https.
Well that doesn't even make any sense. To me. What does that even mean mate?
Are you saying that because your site has SSL, it doesn't drop in ranking?
If that's so, I don't think that the SSL has anything to do with a drop or non-drop in rankings.
