How do you use Amazon affiliate links, clickbank hop links and other affiliate links in your sites?

I'm planning to put them end of each article or reviews or add on blog banner ad.

Please share honest answers, all your inputs are appreciated.

I have noticed some people put them in their sig in their forum posts. This will add a lot of exposure for them if the forum is active. A good place to put them may be at the end of a blog post, at the bottom of your website.

You can add them on the starting and the end of the post, you can also add them at the end of your comment box. You can also read about how and where to put affiliate links online.

You can add them everytime in your series of posts about a certain topic. I find that it helps when I do a series of posts related to the topic and include the link. Sometimes, my first post does not include any indication of me promoting any product at all. But the content must be useful and people will follow on to your series of emails.

People do buy on impulse but there are loyal followers who buy because they respect you for the value you add to them

For Clickbank hoplinks, I try to sound like a user/consumer rather than an advertiser/affiliate.
With Amazon links, I don't really worry about too much because of the 24-hour cookie.
