Dynamic IP for the website is not an option at all. Your domain has to be pointed to the IP address and if it is constantly changing, that will mean you will have to update your DNS zone as well every time, which then may cause an issue. Every time you change the DNS zone there is a specific TTL for new records to propagate. It is possible, but I don't believe it is a worthy option in most cases.

Static IP is simple way to go and host a website.

Are you trying to host your website from your home?

I do not believe there are any hosting providers that even offer a dynamic IP, and if they do, I would not use them at all!

It is possible using a dynamic DNS service but not worth the hassle, just get a dedicated IP.

Better for what????
For a server forget about dynamic IP, for home use it doesn't matter.
