No, it will not affect SEO for your website.
But you should check IP address carefully to make sure that it will not in IP blacklist or IP addresses that marked as spam, that can affect to your website or SEO.

i think it is, specially if you have backlinks from antoher sites with same IP

some peoples suggesting getting backlinks from websites with different c class IP

You should be ok SEO wise. If you are on shared hosting, getting a dedicated IP address is always a good option. This way you diminish the risks of being blacklisted. When you share your IP address, with another party, you never know what they are up to, and their unlawful actions may indirectly affect you as well.
