How to check VPS performance?

Hello!

I would like if someone can tell me how can I get a detailed view on VPS's performance.

I am sure it is an easy task but I am newbie in all of this and would appreciate if some more members with more knowledge could help me out.

You can try htop and netdata. These tools really nicely show graphical performance inside the VPS and is a great alternative to top.
