I am using facbeook as my main internet marketing tool for my social marketing campaign
Could you share me any tips or best ways to engage people in Facebook that it can help me increasing likes, connections, and conversations for my site.

Are you promoting your website or a Facebook page? If you are promoting a Facebook page, I would purchase Facebook ads to promote the page. It's relatively cheap. You can increase your page likes by the thousands with an ad campaign on Facebook. The rest will be up to you. You'll need to post engaging content, share blog posts and/or articles that users would react to, offer giveaways, etc...
