Can I convert my site into responsive design with same theme?

Hello Guys,

I have a news website creating using WordPress, The theme I bought for my site is not responsive, Now I have a lots of traffic from Mobile phone and want to convert my site into responsive design with same theme. My question is that possible ?

It's possible but you need to know about designing responsive themes
Did you know design responsive themes ?
If not, I advise you should hire a wordpress theme derringer to do that for you.

Also, you can use a mobile theme wordpress plugin to have a mobile theme for your wordpress site. It's easy and only some clicks you will have a mobile theme

You can make your responsive with Media quries as well. for that you dont need any plugin

Instead of using such plugins, would be better if you hire an wp designer for few bucks to do it for you.
