How to attract and keep customers ?
To get customers are not simple and to keep customers when you got them is a task more difficult than. so if you have been in online business more years please share some tips for everyone here.

Very first thing is your website should be user- friendly, easy navigation. Then doing surveys, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC also helps in driven customers. Now the biggest drawback in an eCommerce website is that, very few are proficiently manages to convert a usual visitor to a sale. For this, offering schemes, discounts would do.

There are many factors to take care while attracting or keeping your customers. You should provide quality services and offer discounts or something extra to attract customers. For keeping your customers, you need to do post sell marketing or post sell customer care. Your customer followup system should be strong enough, you should keep in touch with your customers.

Build new audiences in Social Media Forums. Post about your products, policies, services, offers, news updates etc. Conduct surveys, polls. Start discussions. Take feedback. Try to be in their sight.
All these will help in gradual customer building.

2. Cross promote your business

3. Get Social

4. Provide something special like Offer low prices on goods and services .

5. Offer best customer service. Create a system that reward customer for their loyalty.

to make or to attract customers in some how its the same of making money of nothing , what i mean its hard to get more and more customers as you want , so what u need to do is to attract them according on their preferences and interests

You can attract the customer in many way. Link building is the good method to attract the customer. You can promote your site via business listing in some popular portal like Pepagora. Do SMO, SE submission, Blogging, Local Listing.

And how to keep the customer is we have to satisfy the customer needs. Automatically they will not go to another one.
