Which hosting control panels are supporting Nginx completely?

Well cpanel will work with nginx aswell here: https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/web-services/nginx-with-reverse-proxy/ either you can use easier Engintron plugin for whm cpanel in which you will be able to do it on some clicks. Here is the tutorial:

Are you sure that Apache is your problem, I know that you will find a million blog posts out there saying how Apache is slow and nginx is so much better, but it really does depend on use case.
What are the traffic levels of the sites, and are they static or dynamic?
It might be that the speed bottleneck is elsewhere, or that some changes to the Apache setup, or changing PHP version might help out.
You could also move to OpenLiteSpeed, which is also free and open source, is able to handle a lot of traffic at the same speeds (or faster depending on who you believe) as nginx, and depending on your sites might be a much easier change than to nginx.
I've got nothing against nginx, but it can be a bit of a hassle to migrate existing sites if there isn't going to be a big advantage.
