Usually you can't remove it from those lists but it's removing by itself after some time if there is no spam or malicious activity detected again.

I and more people had same issue in the past but to be honest it is not possible to remove that from their blacklist while they didn't accept to contact them to unblacklist or a form to submit.

UCEPROTECT is a much more of a scam than a legitimate blacklist.

Do a quick search and you will find a lot of articles from all kinds of sources that reference it.

(I did try to provide links to a couple of them, but apparently I don't have enough 'points' to post a link)

Is your website hosted on a OVH server? Apparently a lot of their IP addresses has been added to this spam list even if no spam has been done. The only solution is to wait for OVH to resolve it or change to a host which is not using OVH.

UCEPROTECTL3 more like a network-level RBL list and you can find a lot of IPs in it. We see many people just ignore their listing due to the way they blacklist big networks and some could remove their network from it after a little struggle. Anyway, it does not sound like you can directly ask for the network segment removal from that RBL if your IP is listed, instead, you need to contact them through your service provider who actually owns and operate the IP segment.

easiest way to remove it from UCEPROTECTL3 is not to use that IP anywhere for atleast 30 days as it won't be in use UCEPROTECTL3 will automatically remove it. But it would be appropriate if you find what's causing the issue. Mostly you can't do anything if you get blaclisted on UCEPROTECTL3. you need to talk with ISP. sometimes you do nothing but due to someone else mistake on same network. whole network IP range get blacklisted. contact ISP regarding this that's the solution. and ISP doesn't help most of the time so changing IP is the right solution.

Actually that's not necessarily true, it's an ASN level blacklist so covers a large number of IPs. The fact that you aren't using it doesn't mean that others in the same range are not.

Of course you can always speak to your infrastructure provider but most of them, like VPS providers - Linode, DO, etc. will tell you the same thing:

That UCEPROTECT is a scam, that most mail providers do not rely on it, and that neither they or you should pay to be removed from it.
