How to avoid email blacklist for my server?

Today I can not send email to a person through my outlook, I checked my server IP with mxtoolbox and it got 1 blacklist on a network. My question is, How to avoid email blacklist for my server? and how to detect where sent email spam from my server to fix this issue for next time?

You have to use Mxtoolbox to check your IP address.
You can check this in your WHM panel, you can check sent summary where you can check details of your hosted domains.
Here you can check sent mails, if you will find unwanted mails then you can suspend that domain in WHM panel.
After that whitelist your IP address. Do not whitelist IP address without finding cause otherwise your issue is not resolve.

This may depend on many factors like bad reputation of the IP address previously, not enough extensive content of the email and etc. It is best to check the logs on your server or contact your hosting company.
