I mean I want to know a web hosting provider is reselling servers or hosting services but without providing supports or what an official web hosting provider did. How can I check and know that?

Hello Maxoq,
I'm not sure what exactly you're asking.

Are you looking to determine if a web host is reselling a different web host's services?
Or are you looking for a new web hosting provider and you found one, yet they don't provide support for customers?

Would you mind clarifying a bit?

I'm not sure that it really matters... but here are some ideas:

- Check for a business license (LLC, LP, DBA, S/C Corp)
- Check the companies hostnames / nameservers (using whois.com or similar) - this isn't foolproof as anyone can setup any white-label nameservers
- Reach out to their Sales/Support teams and ask if they are a reseller or "official" provider, however, they may not tell you the truth
- Check if they have any ASN's assigned to them - however, again, not necessarily something that all providers are looking to get into. Some just purchase IP's from their datacenter, rather than directly from any IP licensing companies.

You should check reviews on the web for a web hosting provider, the reviews will give you the answer.

There is no point in finding out if the web host has its own data centers or reselling. What you need are best plans and more importantly better support.

check their IP whois, check their ASN, also you can ask them directly about which DC they are using in case they have their own servers colocated somewhere
