Sites like Fiverr can have a decent payout, so long as you have a skill you're proficient at, but even then you need to have a first customer, for which you need to advertise to your best content. Otherwise, potential customers won't be able to find you.
Then there are sites with microtasks and surveys, where they'll have some simple things for you to do (instead of doing your own thing). Of course, small tasks have small payout, so if you don't enjoy doing the tasks, it's really not worth it. The payout is actually so low, that you need unlimited internet access, otherwise you're using your internet to pay back bits of your internet.
And then there's sites like Patreon, where you do your creative project(s) and people can send you money every month to support you, so they get to see more of what you got. Again, like Fiverr, you need to advertise a bit too, but in this case, you can just do your thing, and wait for people to simple donate to you, rather than waiting for work.
