Can I buy extra RAM for current VPS in OVH?

I have a VPS in OVH and having one website there, the website traffic is increasing and it need to upgrade RAM for VPS to handle that traffic but the issue is, my current VPS bought maximum amount of RAM at OVH, it could not upgrade RAM any more. Can I contact OVH support staff to buy extra RAM only for my current VPS in OVH?

Yes that should be possible and they should be able to help you. Also you can try adding some more swap as swapfile or ask support if swap partition is not there and see if that can help you handling the load as well. Some times that really helps

As far as I know you can always upgrade from package in OVH. That may include CPU's and storage aswell, not only RAM.

I think you will need to upgrade your current plan which will increase disk space, CPU, and RAM of the VPS.

You need to upgrade your server, you can use a swap file, but they could suspend you due to I/O abuse.

OVH don't customise their VPS plans, so you'd either need to upgrade to the highest plan or if you are already on it, consider switching to their Public cloud.

Depending on what VPS line you're on, consider switching to a different VPS type. OVH have their Cloud RAM VPS offering now which has more RAM than their standard Cloud VPS.
