How to send email newsletters with external email providers?

I have 2 millions of emails, they are not in my list, I want to send newsletter to this list. I knew some providers external email providers as Amazon SES, Mailgun, Mandrill, SendGrid but not sure how they work. What is the best way to send email newsletters if they are not in my subscribers? any recommendations?

Hi. Better to use special services.

Even if you fine tune the server for mailing, and send 2 millinos emails from your server to random mails (not your subscribers) - less than half will be delivered, and half of this half will be in the spam box

Also you will get abuses for spam, and maybe hoster will block your server. It's not worth the effort and money, already tried.

I am sure i will need a tool in their service to check what emails are live or dead.

I think those services i mentioned, if sent from them, emails will be not in spam box.

that's why i don't send emails from my hosting, i need external email providers to send.

If you do not have users consent to receive emails from you, your newsletter will be a spam (Unsolicited bulk electronic messages).
You should be careful, especially with GPDR in Europe.

Yepp, totally agree with v.shipunov . It's best to use third party services like those you mentioned. However I don't think those platforms ( Amazon SES, Mailgun, Mandrill, SendGrid ) stand a chance compared to SendPulse. The thing is I've just checked prices and it's obvious that SendPulse offers the same if not better features for the prices below average. Prices
I mean it's up to you to decide but I just don't see a cheaper solution.
P.S. Good point about GDPR in Europe. Better to have you contacts double opt-in. It's just safer that way, really improves the deliverability.
