What is vRack in OVH? I see this from OVH.com but I don't understand what it is and how does it work? Can I have it for my VPS or dedicated server at OVH?

The vRack is a private-network you can use with your public cloud instance and your dedicated server. It provide the ability to configure your server with a public IP or a private IP, and to connect several servers with a private network. So you should not need it until you have serveral servers.
