I got this "Poor IP Reputation" in a bounced email when sent an email. I checked my email and it is not in blacklist in mxtoolbox, I am doubting my IP caused that problem that my email bounced back. Does anyone know a few tools to check if my IP is clean and not in blacklist?

Your answers are appreciated.

Keep in mind, there are some blacklists that do not allow you to check your blacklist status directly. There are also some that are not checked by mxtoolbox.

Try HetrixTools. I believe they check more lists then mxtoolbox does.

If you post the bounced email (including headers) that would be useful to get a resolution to this.

Agree with the previous reply, can you please paste the bounce email message with the header so I can explain the exact cause of the poor IP reputation.

Main reason is IP blacklisting.

I asked my hosting provider and they checked and solve the problem.
They check IP blacklist and found my IP in in a blacklist but they didn't tell me the way or where to check and how to solve the problem.
I am wanting to know about that.

You can ask them for a clean IP or move, if they are on a blacklist and don't care that shows they don't give two .... about clean IPs.

Colocrossing have cleared their act up after years of helping spammers.

I send this bounced email to my hosting provider and they said they solved the problem and I checked and we could send emails to targeted email as wanted.

Code:
TO:<EMAIL>:
    550-"JunkMail rejected - server.mydomain.com [myIP]:50350
is in
550 an RBL on csi.unified-contact.com, see Poor Reputation Sender"
  EMAIL
    host mail.domain.com [myIP]
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT
TO:<EMAIL>:
    550-"JunkMail rejected - server.mydomain.com [myIP]:50350
is in
550 an RBL on csi.unified-contact.com, see Poor Reputation Sender"

Action: failed
Final-Recipient: rfc822;EMAIL
Status: 5.0.0
Remote-MTA: dns; mail.domain.com
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550-"JunkMail rejected - server.mydomain.com [myIP]:50350 is in
550 an RBL on csi.unified-contact.com, see Poor Reputation Sender"

Yes they checked and removed blacklist but I am just curious how to check if IP is blacklisted.

MXtoolbox is the best you can use mail-tester.com to test your emails to ensure they can pass.
