Hello TheCompWiz, you can download a Skype installer for linux on https://www.skype.com/fr/download-skype/skype-for-computer/
Checked the link and it required
64-bit Ubuntu 14.04+, 64-bit Debian 8+, 64-bit openSUSE 13.3+, or 64-bit Fedora Linux 24+

So I need a new VPS to install one of these distribution?

On a debian/ubuntu vps, you can install it with the package manager or via the command line :
Code:
sudo dpkg -i skypeforlinux-64.deb
How to open it and run it like I am using it on Windows, I am confusing about this.

I read the tutorial and it is pretty complicated to configure.
Is there an easier way to install Skype like I will install Windows on a VPS and making my Skype account online all the time on VPS?
I am not sure about this but I need an easiest way to install Skype on a VPS. I like Windows but I read that it can require copyright when install Windows on a VPS. Is that exact?

The installation of skype is really easy and you will be able to use it like on Windows.
But at first, it require a vps with a desktop environnement and a way to access to this interface.

A Windows VPS will cost the price of a linux vps + the windows license

I can use Putty to install it?
What is cheap VPS for this?
Is there an easier way / alternative to x2go?
Can I use mouse to control element on desktop environment like Windows?
When I install and login into Skype on a VPS, my skype will be online all the time, even I close the terminal?

Yes you can use putty to install it.
Any VPS with 2GB RAM or more will be enough. OVH provide some VPS with X2Go preinstalled.
You will be able to control element like on Windows, and to launch skype directly from the desktop environnement.

Please share screenshots where I can buy this from OVH?

You will be able to control element like on Windows, and to launch skype directly from the desktop environment.
If I close desktop environment, my Skype will be closed? I want to have my Skype status online all the time as my VPS is active.

I finally followed and installed x2goclient on a VPS Debian jessy 64bits as Digitalocean's guide but when I run this command

Code:
root@server:~# x2goclient
It appeared this

Code:
x2goclient: cannot connect to X server
I could not find out any ways to fix this or make x2goclient work correctly.
