I have websites hosting on cPanel and I am following this article https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/e...to-install-an-Origin-CA-certificate-in-cPanel to setup free SSL using cPanel or Cloudflare but some steps in that tutorial is making me confused.

My questions are using cPanel or Using Cloudflare.com to verify SSL certificates , which is right way? and why?

Question 1.
As their guide, Using cPanel, I generated PRIVATE KEY and CERTIFICATE REQUEST in cPanel and paste these keys in I have my own private key and CSR on Cloudflare.

Enable SSL -> Full (strict) and I could run https on my site.

Question 2.
The second way is Let Cloudflare generate a private key and a CSR, I created CERTIFICATE and PRIVATE KEY from Cloudflare and paste these into cPanel, verify them there and I also could enable https for my site.

What way should I do? Are there any things I am missing here?

You have the choice, you can generate your CSR or let Cloudflare generate a private key for you. That doesn't matter.
Just make sure to copy all content from Cloudflare on your cPanel server and to activate the level full (strict) on Cloudflare.

You can read my tutorial about how to use Cloudflare Origin certificate with Plesk (very similar) : https://kb.virtubox.net/knowledgebase/cloudflare-origin-ssl-certificate-plesk/
