Best Ad Networks for Web Hosting?

Hi there, as you can tell I'm a complete newbie to increase traffic for a website.
I watched the ''How to make money by promoting web hosting affiliates'' videos on YouTube.
Can anyone say where is the best place to place to promote the web hosting products.
Any one have any idea which networks would be best to place banners for web hosting, Adwords, Facebook, Linedin, blogs or forums?

Try to create coupons. Big % os customers search for coupons before buying hosting products.
Adwords is v€€€€ry €xp€nsiv€ (only if you are big) and the results might be = 0
Facebook is good when you have lots of followers
My favourites are blogs, forums, twitter and word-of-mouth

For placing banners you are better off with placing them on relevant sites, now that site can be a blog that is receiving good amount of traffics or it can even be a forum. For PPC, you have only two options, one being Adwords and the other being Bing. Facebook is good but you will need to pre-sell the customer, so it can be very hard at start.

I think affiliate links can be one good option for promoting your services and products. You can use the URL shortner which can't be blocked by the adblcokers. And in some cases you can also use the banners. FBAds are also effective. If you know how to use FBAds and Adwords then that would be surely one good option for promoting the service. As adblockers are the biggest issue. So any method is likely to have an issue in that case.
