How to edit crontab with pico or nano editor?

Has anyone tried to create a crontab with vi editor? I created one but I want to edit it using nano or pico editor, how can I do that?

You should find a file named .selected_editor in your user home directory.
Removed it, and then try again crontab -e

If you only want to edit an existant cronjob, just use

Code:

crontab -e
