So if you have all of those things setup, why do you need a partner then, i mean what kind of job are you looking to do your partner?

Is your comnpany a web hosting company? I am thinking to run a web hosting business (possibly a resellar hosting), however, I have no knowledge on this matter. I am trying to learn how to do this, also collecting funds for the start up. I akm kind of interested to work as a partner, however, I also want to know what incentive will you be giving for your partner.

Did you get someone to work with? If no, i wont mind. Provided you grant me dedicated hosting and domain registration for one website i have in mind. The you let me know what you would like to be handled. Also confirm that i can handle it remotely. Because i can see we're in different countries and timezones.

Yes my company is a web hosting company that’s offering Shared, Reseller, & also Virtual Private Servers. It’s best to start there unless you have the funds for a sever. So you are already looking in the right direction. What knowledge do you obtain pertaining to anything with hosting? Coding, Networking, Sales? Also message me for “incentives”

Are you intresting firewall rules or Security solutions also for cPanel server's ?

Since you have all resources , the best thing in this case will be getting a support company hired and run the business alone and you can concentrate on Marketing and Client canvasing. Making more partners without any investment will be a head ache for you in future.
