While sending an email to our customers, we are getting back this error

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

[email protected]
host mx5.bn.vixxxxc.com [1xx.xx8.211.154]
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
550 Denied by policy
What is it? it is error came from our server or from receiver's server?

Could any one please tell me why? How to fix it?

There are many reasons why its being blocked. Could be spam like in your email, could be your server not being configured properly to be able to send out mail, your server could be black listed. It could be a filter they have setup on their end that is triggering it.

Try to sent an email from another email account/domain (like Google etc.) to the recipient.

I want to check if my email or server was blacklisted or not but I don't know tools to do this task.

Tried to send to @gmail and @yahoo and both are working fine.
